I was told a technician could come the next day. We secured proposals from 3 companies who all had high Yelp customer reviews. I was very impressed with Balanced Garage Doors from the onset and we decided to move forward with them. I spoke with Glenn several times and he was incredible - very friendly and very helpful. Kwon was the technician who arrived at our home and gave us price quotes and several options, and walked us through the entire process and he likewise. We were likewise impressed with Kwon. Finally, the garage door technician who performed the entire installation in one day was Damion and he did a fantastic job. After Damion was finished with the installation he helped download the camera apps on our i-Phone and showed us how to operate the units remotely with our i-Phones. Overall, we were very impressed and I would highly recommend Balanced Garage Doors to anyone considering needing garage door related help. Finally, Balanced Garage Doors is a privately owned and locally operated business and my wife and I always support local business. So, I encourage Cobb County residents to do the same because you will NOT be disappointed.

Balance garage door technician added tension to the tension springs. That solved my immediate problem. He then did a tuneup on the door. Which it needed. The door is smooth and operates very quiet now. I am so happy with this service.
