I was told a technician could come the next day. The technician ended up calling me the same day and... They are fair, professional and fast. Highly recommended.

Our technician, Zack, was phenomenal! He was thorough and professional, direct but not curt when communicating. We needed a new motor for our garage door, which was not the most economically welcomed news, but he gave us three options at different price points. I appreciated that he gave us time... Balance garage door technician added tension to the tension springs. That solved my immediate problem. He then did a tuneup on the door. Which it needed. The young man who showed up to help was amazing. He was polite, kind, and understanding of the (complex) situation I found myself in today. He somehow was able to repair my garage door issue the same day. I thought the issue would take multiple visits to the property, but he had many years of... I thought the issue would take multiple visits to the property, but he had many years of industry experience, so it was a same day job to him. I didn't even know my garage door opener had Wi-Fi, the young man even explained how to get that working. I no longer have a security issue - see image - squatters could have crawled under the door. 10/10 will recommend.

Zachary shows up with years of garage door repair experience under his belt and diagnosed the issue within 3 minutes. Once the repairs were approved, Zack went to work and had the job completed in no time! He didn't mind one bit that I sat there and asked him questions throughout the process. He got the job done quickly while being professional. My garage door has never sounded better.... I can barely hear it and the wifi upgrade is definitely a plus. Thank you thank you thank you Balanced Garage Doors and Zachary for an amazing experience. I will definitely reach out to you for future garage door repairs and will refer you to anyone I know!
