I was told a technician could come the next day. The technician ended up calling me the same day and... They are fair, professional and fast. Highly recommended.

The young man who showed up to help was amazing. He was polite, kind, and understanding of the (complex) situation I found myself in today. He somehow was able to repair my garage door issue the same day. I thought the issue would take multiple visits to the property, but he had many years of... I thought the issue would take multiple visits to the property, but he had many years of industry experience, so it was a same day job to him. I didn't even know my garage door opener had Wi-Fi, the young man even explained how to get that working. I no longer have a security issue - see image - squatters could have crawled under the door. 10/10 will recommend.
