I was told a technician could come the next day. The technician ended up calling me the same day and... Dylan did an outstanding job. He did the inspection, gave me 3 different options and came back the same day to repair my garage door. He was very professional, did quality work, answered all questions and the cost was truly reasonable. Would highly recommend this company!

She was very polite and helpful as I asked all my questions. After calling around to various companies, I called back to schedule an appointment. I spoke with Glen and he was great as well. Later that day, Dylan arrived. He was amazing! In addition to being professional and highly skilled, he was such a nice guy. He took his time, answered all our questions courteously, and made sure we felt comfortable with everything before he left. About a day later, we had a question about the door. Dylan returned and resolved the concern. We feel fortunate to have had Dylan and Balanced Garage Doors repair our garage door. It works better than before!
