After the technician left, the company actually called me later to check in and walked me through a solution over the phone that completely resolved the issue! It’s rare to find a business that goes to such lengths to ensure their customers are taken care of. Their combination of technical skill and exceptional customer care sets them apart. I will definitely be using them for any future needs and recommending them to friends and family.

I called another company for a quote that was twice the price that balanced garage doors quoted and was told 3-4 weeks. I called Balanced garage doors they came the next day to give me a quote. I was told a technician could come the next day. The technician ended up calling me the same day and... I was told a technician could come the next day. The technician ended up calling me the same day and told me he could get it done that day. He came and knocked it out by himself. They are fair, professional and fast. Highly recommended.

The garage door is exactly what we envisioned. The installer was absolutely wonderful and did an amazing job! I’d recommend this company to anyone looking to replace their garage door!

The young man who showed up to help was amazing. He was polite, kind, and understanding of the (complex) situation I found myself in today. He somehow was able to repair my garage door issue the same day. I thought the issue would take multiple visits to the property, but he had many years of... I thought the issue would take multiple visits to the property, but he had many years of industry experience, so it was a same day job to him. I didn't even know my garage door opener had Wi-Fi, the young man even explained how to get that working. I no longer have a security issue - see image - squatters could have crawled under the door. 10/10 will recommend.
