What really stood out was the follow-up. After the technician left, the company actually called me later to check in and walked me through a solution over the phone that completely resolved the issue! It’s rare to find a business that goes to such lengths to ensure their customers are taken care of.

I was told a technician could come the next day. The technician ended up calling me the same day and told me he could get it done that day. He came and knocked it out by himself. They are fair, professional and fast. Highly recommended.

We couldn't get into contact with our previous guy, so I called Balanced Garage Doors. I spoke to Elena (hope I spelled it correctly) initially. She was very polite and helpful as I asked all my questions. After calling around to various companies, I called back to schedule an appointment. I spoke with Glen and he was great as well. Later that day, Dylan arrived. He was amazing! In addition to being professional and highly skilled, he was such a nice guy. He took his time, answered all our questions courteously, and made sure we felt comfortable with everything before he left. About a day later, we had a question about the door. Dylan returned and resolved the concern.
We feel fortunate to have had Dylan and Balanced Garage Doors repair our garage door. It works better than before!

I've had two very good experiences with this company. In the latest interaction, a panel on one of my garage doors was damaged and needed to be replaced. They came out to give an estimate within hours of our request. They gave the estimate and were back the next day to do the work. The work was excellent quality and done on time. Highly recommend.

Had a wonderful experience. Caleb was very helpful on the phone and was able to have someone come out quickly to assess our damage. Damien arrived right on time and worked efficiently and did not try to oversell which speaks to the company's integrity. We also have a warranty on the parts and labor which gave me peace of mind. He pointed out a safer solution than our old spring system that actually cost LESS than what we had originally, had we wanted a direct replacement! I highly recommend Balanced!

Great company and excellent service hands down! Worked with Connor for installing a new LiftMaster motor and rail. He also helped fix the door hinges and fix the switches. He gave me a great deal.
