The young man who showed up to help was amazing. He was polite, kind, and understanding of the (complex) situation I found myself in today. He somehow was able to repair my garage door issue the same day. I thought the issue would take multiple visits to the property, but he had many years of... I didn't even know my garage door opener had Wi-Fi, the young man even explained how to get that working. I no longer have a security issue - see image - squatters could have crawled under the door. 10/10 will recommend.

Technician showed me the bill and how much each part cost, told me about a $50 off coupon and applied it for me, so I didn't even have to go searching for the discount myself. My opener is running like it did when brand new and the door is whisper quiet. Best money I've spent in years. Will absolutely call Balanced again if I have future garage door repairs.
